Import PhoneGap version history to Apache Callback

This directory contains copies of the full Git repositories
listed in the Apache Callback proposal and referenced in the
related software grant.

The repository copies were created with the following commands
on October 19th, 2011.

    git clone --mirror https://github.com/phonegap/$package.git
    tar zcf $package.git.tgz $package.git

These packages serve to maintain a full record of the Git version
histories before conversion to Subversion.
