The httpd-site module is our place to build a new httpd.apache.org using 
templates and XML source files.

Some things that need doing that all other sites have the same problem with:

  *  Figure out how to reletavise the links so that the site will work
     when it is not rooted at the top level. (not strictly needed with the cms).

Some things that need doing:

  *  Get a httpd-specific logo for the top image.

  *  Validate the pages via http://validator.w3.org/.
        Status: The front page validates as XHTML 1.0 Transitional.
                The rest of the pages have various problems that need to
                be sorted out manually.

  *  Update developer content.
