To parse the libapreq headers into xsbuilder/tables:

        % perl ../../build/xsbuilder.pl run

To build the xs/ directory and configure the tests:

        % perl Makefile.PL -apxs /path/to/apache2/bin/apxs        

To run the test suite:

        % make test
