## Apache BVal Report March 2016 ##

The Apache BVal project implements the Java EE Bean Validation specification(s)
and related extensions, and became a top-level project of the foundation on
February 15, 2012.

### Releases ###
Last BVal release (v1.1.1) was released on Feb, 2016.

### Activity ###
Few direct activity but some indirect thanks to Apache TomEE mainly which gave feedback on 1.1.x releases.

Since there is no new version of the Bean Validation specification the project is until next one mainly in maintenance and enhancement modes.
