* modules/ssl/ssl_engine_pphrase.c (modssl_load_engine_keypair): Load
  the engine associated with the private key (&cert) explicitly
  rather than requiring the engine to be set as the default method
  for all operations (with "SSLCryptoDevice <engine>").
