On the 'shelve' branch: Make the PATH argument optional, for
convenience.

This will also enable making the NAME argument optional later.

* subversion/svn/svn.c
  (svn_cl__cmd_table): Show PATH argument as optional.

* subversion/svn/shelve-cmd.c
  (svn_cl__shelve): Supply a default "this directory" argument.
