These tests need to use MD5 ciphers, which are
by default disabled in modern Perl HTTPS support.
Allow all ciphers here, so it should work as
long as the underlying OpenSSL has it in "ALL".

Adding this option to the LWP::UserAgent should
be transparent for older Perl or module versions
that don't know about it.
