Fix another silly memory leak in JavaHL.
This time, we forgot to close off a JNI frame.

* subversion/bindings/javahl/native/CreateJ.cpp
  (fill_property_map): Delete the local reference to the object
   returned from HashMap.put and pop the local JNI frame at the
   end of the function.
