Referencing: added tests and bring some parameters in closer conformance to what seems current usage: - "Mercator (1SP)" and "Mercator (2SP)" no longer deprecated since EPSG added them as aliases in their database. - Common usage for "Miller Cylindrical" seems to be "central_meridian" rather than "longitude_of_center".
